50 Easy Bentgo Lunch Box Ideas (With Pictures!)

Posted on August 18, 2025August 18, 2025 by Courtney

Looking for inspiration as you are packing those back to school lunchboxes?! As a mom of six- 5 in school now- I know packing lunches can feel like a never-ending job, especially if you have a picky eater! Some mornings, I’m throwing things together half-asleep with a baby on my hip—other mornings, I have time to get a little more creative. And if I’m really prepared, lunches are packed the night before! BIG WIN! Either way, having the right tools and helpful ideas makes it so much easier.

That’s why I love our Bentgo lunch boxes (Amazon link below 👇). They’ve saved me so much time, cut down on plastic bag waste, and honestly just make lunches feel a little more fun for the kids.

These are the lunches that work in my real life with my kids. I hope they spark some ideas for you!

Helpful Tips For Packing Kids Lunch Boxes

  • Bentgo Lunch BoxCut food into different forms ie: instead of cheese slices, do cheese sticks, or cut a cheese stick into small bite size pieces-same for meat sticks.
  • Use Silicone Cupcake Liners to separate food and provide variety.
  • Try to use up leftovers to save money. Anytime you have a bit of leftovers– a couple slices of cheese or apples or lunch meat– add it to a container that can be ready when you need to make lunches. That way, even the littlest bit of something can be used!

Want to find things that make kitchen-life easier, I’ve made a list of my favorite kitchen items, that have helped make it easier to feed kids quickly, from scratch and on a budget. See my Amazon List HERE->
